Innovative Passive Radiative Cooling Technology
Spacergy’s passive radiative cooling solutions are based on the principle of radiative cooling, a natural phenomenon where objects emit heat in the form of thermal radiation. Spacergy have developed both passive and active solutions using specialized materials and construction that enhances this effect, allowing us reaching temperatures lower than ambient temperature for effective cooling with less energy consumption, even under direct sunlight.

By combining high solar reflectivity with high emissivity the panels achieves a net cooling effect. It absorbs very little heat from the sun and the surrounding atmosphere while efficiently radiating its own heat away. This results in the material cooling down to a temperature lower than the ambient air temperature, even under hot and sunny conditions.
